In compliance with government directives to maintain social distancing and the closure of all licensed clubs, the Management Committee is notifying members that the Half Yearly meeting scheduled for Wednesday 29 April 2020 has been deferred until further notice.
The Half Yearly meeting is the meeting where members are called upon to vote on the Management Committee recommendation for the schedule of subscriptions and fees for the 2020-2021 financial year.
The General Meeting is to consider the proposed amendments to the Rules & ByLaws is also deferred.
The Committee will notify members about the process and method the Committee will use to convey the subscriptions and fee recommendations and how members will be able to vote on the recommendations when the process has been settled upon.
