Flying Fifteens Captain reports:

Sedate conditions for the final races of the Winter series which saw Nick and Brad ( Best Foot Forward ) continue on their winning ways for each race of the day and, as a consequence, the series. Greg and Nick ( The Answer ) were models of consistency finishing only 2 points behind in second.

Well done to the dedicated sailors and race officials for persisting in the difficult conditions that a Perth winter can present.

In a land far, far away, John Hassen has represented the club in the Flying Fifteen European Championships sailed at Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Sailing a chartered boat with an imported crew ( ex-pat Bruce Barnard from Canada ), John will have some impressive stories of the tidal conditions that prevail in the Solent while trying to avoid conversation regarding his collection of black flags !!
