The most notable events happening this week include the State Championship for the Viper 640 as well as the interclub competition Swan River Sailing is sending our way this weekend beginning with the Double Handed Swan River Regatta on late afternoon Friday, then early Saturday the Womens State Keelboat Championships, and finishing off with the Youth State Keelboat Championships on Sunday morning.
An important message from Race Control from everywhere, if you retire from a race wherever that may be run from, you need to notify the host club’s race control or some other race official. Let them know you are leaving the race area and where you are returning to. Disappearing from the race takes up valuable time in searching for your whereabouts. It is the responsibility of Race Control to account for every boat that started and be satisfied that all boats arrive back home safely. Please make every effort and method to contact Race Control.
It is a pursuit race for Division 3 in the Jane Brook Wines Midweek Spring Series this week. Start times will be found at their usual location online and posted to the official noticeboard.
Alright, that’s it. Let’s roll! Hey, let’s be careful out there.
Notice to Competitors
Please keep checking here for important race information for both Keelboats and Off The Beach Boats.

EVENTS
TWILIGHT SERIES
Experience racing into the sunset and finishing under a brilliant summer moon that only the Twilight Series can offer. If you’re lucky you may even catch the ISS streak overhead. Twilights have been designed with short courses to keep boats relatively close to the Club and being jib and main only boats are not so dependant on skilled crew required for spinnaker work, keeping in line with the more relaxed style of racing Twilights are known for.

Equipment Audit Forms
Skippers, please note that your Equipment Audit Forms have now expired as of June 30. To be eligible to compete in the new season starting from Opening Day on Oct 4, a new Equipment Form must be submitted online. Most, if not all Skippers have had their previous Audit form submitted online via YachtSafe already, so it should be relatively easy to resubmit a new form in time for your first race of the new season and the good news is that you can view your previous form in Past Audits on your YachtSafe dashboard.
Yacht Trackers
The ability to replay club fleet races is now available. Try the free Yacht Bot tracking software yourself. It can be downloaded and installed on your smartphone or tablet via an App. If you interested and don’t mind taking your electronic device with you on the water, please let us know. Past races can be viewed using the button below.
