Boat Show
Well done and thank you to all the volunteers and Instructors that helped out at the Discover Sailing day at Elizabeth Quay. Over 200 young sailors had a go sailing on the South of Perth supplied Optis.

West Sail 2019
Our young sailors are really busy next week when Westsail starts this Saturday straight after school finishes and runs for five days before the WA Youth Championships.
Peli Power Up
The Pelican sailors will be in full swing in the second week of the holidays’ doing the annual Peli Power Up training camp.
New 29er XS rig
We have received a small 29er rig to help our young transitioning sailors make the jump into more complex boats.
Fitness
Here’s Christina Heydon showing the WA Sailing Squad members how to do the “Spiderman” during the training session prior to a high-speed RIB transfer to the City for volunteering two days of her time at the boat show. Thanks, Christina.
