South of Perth Yacht Club Optimist sailor Murray Duthie took out the WA States hosted by FSC over the weekend. Massive effort and extra noteworthy result as Murray is only 11 years young and has been sailing flawlessly this season outperforming older competitors. During the State Titles regatta Murray has won 5 out of 11 races and had 12 points advantage over the second placed sailor. Well done Murray you have made everyone at the Club very proud!
