Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club hosted the first CPYA State Heat on Saturday with an impressive fleet of 41 boats representing five clubs. SoPYC was well represented, with nine boats enjoying the sunny, calm river conditions.

Over the past 18 months as Commodore, one of the greatest privileges I’ve had is working alongside the volunteers who run our community programs. These programs — Sailability, Cruising Butterflies, Sailing On, and our developing partnership with the Sea Scouts — are powered by the dedication of our members and strengthened by the support of organisations outside the Club.
