COFFEE POINTERS I WHAT'S ON THIS WEEK

The Clubhouse is OPEN,
We are very pleased to announce that dining and bar facilities are again OPEN. SoPYC now have a new online booking form too!

Please refer to the Members portal area of our website where you can book a table with us for all dining at the Club. We look forward to having your table ready for you, and to seeing you soon.

Our new Winter menu is waiting!

The Wardroom is our bar area, and all guests must be seated to enjoy drinks in this room. No standing at the bar except to order drinks. There is a small bar snack menu on offer and this bar will be open from 12 noon Wednesday to Sunday. Numbers are limited to 75 in line with the government's 2 sqm ruling, so you need to be early. Bookings will not be available for the bar area, however once we are full, we ask that you be patient until space is available. Members are required to complete the Covid Tracing Register on each occasion they use the bar.

Dining will be in the Ballroom from 12 noon each day, as renovations continue on our beautiful new Quarterdeck area. Bookings are limited to 100 people in at any one time, and bookings are essential in the Ballroom if you wish to dine with us. Lunch bookings from 12pm, and dinner bookings from 6pm. As we expect to be busy, we request your patience while members enjoy their dinner and space becomes available. Please note that it is important that social distancing in the Ballroom be maintained and is self regulated. Members are asked to abide by these Covid rules. Each Member dining in the Ballroom is required to complete their own Covid Declaration on every occasion they dine.

Jetty 3 Pen Occupiers Notice

Important Boat Safety Information

The volunteer bosuns have almost completed the deck replacements on the Jetty 3 fingers. Part of the process required the removal and replacement of the cleats on each finger. While every effort has been made to have the lines returned to the same location, there may be some that are not. As a precaution and to avoid the potential for damage to boats due to the weather forecast for Wednesday into Thursday and on Friday, skippers are asked to come and check that their vessels are secure and mooring lines are correctly set up.

Chase the Ace IS BACK!

This Thursday join Cookie in the Wardroom for Chase the Ace - the jackpot is back and it's at $900! All guests must remain seated and respect the social distancing guidelines, no standing at the bar and limited to 75 guests - so arrive early!! No food will be served Reserve a table in the Ballroom or call 9364-5844 to book a table in the Ballroom if you'd like to enjoy dinner.

Covid-19 WA Roadmap Phase 3

The Western Australian State Government announced that Phase 3 of the State’s COVID-19 roadmap that commenced on Saturday, 6 June 2020.

Phase 3 measures that have been introduced include the;
  • return of full contact community sport (i.e Sailing and Powerboating in all its forms),
  • reopening of Rottnest Island to the general public and
  • relaxation of gatherings limits as per the 100/300 rule.

How can I pay it?
Accounts can be paid in the following way:
  • Over the phone using credit card
  • Bpay
  • Cheque
  • Online banking
Should you be unsure of how to pay over the phone or by BPay, please call one of the office staff who can help you through the process. Staff will be in the office from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and can be contacted on 9364 5844. Last quarter's vouchers will now last until September 30th 2020. No Vouchers where charged on April 1st 2020.
