Strong Wind Warning

Dear Members,
Forecasts indicate SoPYC will experience severe wind conditions today and we ask all boat owners to visit the club during the day to check your vessel. Around 12:30hrs today the forecast is for 35knot NW winds.

For boats in water pens please check that your mooring lines are adequate and secure. Boom covers, sail covers and biminis should be checked also.
|
For boats on the Western Hardstand, it is recommended that you tie your boat to the trailer and then secure your trailer with wheel chocks.
