Scooters and Bicycles on Jetties

We have noticed a number of members riding electric scooters, unpowered scooters and bicycles along jetties. This practice is unsafe and members are requested to dismount from their scooters/bicycles and walk along the jetty when accessing their boats. In the past there have been instances of near misses. In one case a young girl walked into a boat anchor trying to avoid a cyclist on a jetty. The latter instance highlights the club rule that no vessels are to overhang the jetty walkways.

Thank you for your co-operation.
