SoPYC 76th Season Opening Day Regatta – Sunday 3 October 2021

Due to the Quarterdeck renovations the location of the Opening Day Ceremony has been relocated to the Promenade Marquee.

The outline of the program for Official Guests is:

11.30am Arrival of Official Guests
|
|
12:20pm All bars close, re-opening at 1:00pm
|
|
1:00pm Official Guests are invited to board VIP vessels to view the Sail Past
|
|
2:45pm VIP Vessels depart for a river cruise to view days racing
|
4:00pm Afternoon Tea in the Wardroom
|
Working on boats will be restricted during the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00pm.
|
Please also note that no fuel access will be available from 10:00am to 5:00pm so we recommend you fuel up tomorrow.
|
Member parking will be restricted to the Visitors Carpark for the duration of the event, and we ask that there be no overnight parking on Saturday, 2 October 2021.
