Quarterdeck Kitchen Update
With the Quarterdeck kitchen renovations well under way, I thought it would be a good time to give you all an update on the progress and expected completion date. At this stage, we are forecasting to have the kitchen fully handed over by the builders, the week ending September 26. Member’s bar and dining will re-open in Yachties and the Quarterdeck on Monday, September 27.

Food Menu
During these renovations, we have not had an operating kitchen downstairs, therefore the menu had to be reduced due to working from a servery.
All food production happens in our kitchen upstairs, and unfortunately it isn’t practical to serve 'A la Carte' style dining from a kitchen that is much too far from the Ballroom.
We thank you for your patience during these times and we are excited that the new kitchen is just around the corner. Executive Chef Maverick will have a fresh new restaurant quality menu on offer, and all classic bar meals will also return.
Yes, Chicken Parmigiana, Steak Sandwiches and Fish & Chips will all come back. In the interim, to try and give you some variety, we will do a small refresh on the current menu mid this week.

Wine and Beverage List
We are currently working through the process of bringing you a new and improved wine and beverage list. During this phase, there will be certain products that will come off the menu, however, please be assured that there will be suitable replacements of better quality. A key aspect of choosing certain suppliers and products is to work with businesses that are Australian and local where possible, but ultimately businesses that have the club’s best interest at heart. Forging strong relationships with our suppliers will ultimately enable us to consistently bring our members better quality products at better prices.
