There is a strong wind warning for Tuesday for Perth local waters.

The Bureau of Meteorology advises south to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots, easing to below 10 knots for a period in the morning. Winds tending south to southwesterly late morning and increasing to 20 to 30 knots by early afternoon.

For boats in water pens please check that your mooring lines are adequate and secure. Boom covers, sail covers and biminis should be also checked.
