This afternoon at approximately 13:15 pm a medium-sized waterspout was seen on the Club property. It appeared above jetty 7 and moved in a NE direction touching down on the jetties and into the water around the middle of jetty's 5 and 6 before dissipating. Water was seen twisting up to a height of 6-7meters. There have been reports of boat covers flying in the air and some damage has been sustained to Jetty 6. Members are advised to come to the Club and inspect your vessels for any damage as soon as possible.
