The Club's Management Committee has authorised the introduction of the South of Perth Yacht Club's "Bosun's Club”. The idea is that members will become involved and assist the Club Bosuns' in the daily operation of the Club. The Bosun's Club will stand alone and will report to the Vice Commodore and Works Chairman in the initial stages. All Members will have the ability to volunteer, age and gender is not an issue. As the system evolves you will be able to volunteer in one or as many sections as you feel capable.

The intention is to start with five sections.

· Skippers Section
· Boat Maintenance Section
· General Repairs Section
· Mark Laying Section
· Duty Officers Section
|
Each of the sections would have a team leader and these personnel would form the five-member Bosun's Club Committee.
To assist in the formation of the structure I would like to ask you a few questions. Click on the survey link below. This is the second survey I have sent about the Bosun's Club, if you completed the first survey, you do NOT need to respond to this one. The closing date for this survey is Friday 24th May 2019.
