It is with great sadness that we notify Members of the passing of Royal Perth Yacht Club former Commodore Kel Quinlan. Our sympathies go to his family and all his friends at RPYC.
|
Commodore Kel Quinlan's funeral will be held today at 3:30pm at the Norfolk Chapel, Karrakatta followed by a wake at Royal Perth Yacht Club.
