As a few questions have been asked about this evening - I've put together this bulletin to explain a bit more.

This information evening will be to discuss the forming of a bosuns section to the Club, the initial concept, and the goals to achieve. All Club members are invited, male or female, no experience is needed, no requirement to be a boat owner. Get in on the action and help maintain our Club assets!

AREAS OF SERVICE might include:-
|
|
• Washing and maintaining watercraft
• Assisting in the minor maintenance of the club buildings
• Repairing and maintaining the buoys and ground tackle
• Assist in the inflating of mark buoys on race days and regatta's
• Assisting in the repair and maintenance of the jetties and hard stand
• Repairs and maintenance of the Bakewell 8 fleet and Sailability vessels
• Form a section of skippers for rescue and support vessels
• Form a section of mark layers
• Assist with the Works portfolio
• Maintain asset and replacement register
