Hereby agree that the Pelican Sailing Association (Inc.), its servants or agents or any member thereof and/or anybody or Association connected in any way with the conduct of, or participation in the "P.S.A. pelican Sailing Training Program" 2019 (all of which persons, bodies or Association are severally and jointly included in the term "the indemnified") shall not be deemed responsible or liable in any way for any injury, illness or other mishap to my son/daughter sustained in, arising from or out of, or in any way directly of indirectly connected with any travelling, competition, practice or function of whatsoever nature held during the "P.S.A. Pelican Sailing Training Program" 2019 or prior to or subsequent thereto if any way connected directly or indirectly thereto and hereby the indemnified against any actions, suits, causes or actions, demands and claims by my son/daughter or any other person or persons whatsoever made in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to my son/daughter and hereby agree (without in any way imposing or attaching any liability for obligation upon the indemnified to do so) that the indemnified may act as our agent and incurring such expense as and/or whatsoever is necessary for the benefit of my son/daughter in connection with or arising out of such illness or mishap.
