The South of Perth Yacht Club is highly experienced in running private and corporate events, from small, intimate private gatherings, elaborate outdoor functions or events or cocktail parties under the stars, the South of Perth Yacht Club can cater for up to 250 guests seated or 2000 cocktail. Our riverside location with uninterrupted, spectacular views provides an amazing backdrop for any function. Our standards are high and we aim to provide every function with quality customer service and attention to detail.

With the sun setting across the river, direct beach access and a range of adaptable indoor and outdoor function areas, the South of Perth Yacht Club is the perfect venue for your next celebration, from weddings to engagements, birthday parties and baby showers

The Club has much to offer corporate clients with a spacious, modern and well-appointed clubhouse, with some of the best views to be enjoyed in Perth. With rooms of different sizes and numerous seating combinations available, conference and meeting accommodation is very versatile. We have the perfect space for everything from the intimate business meeting through to major conferences.

The latest addition to South of Perth Yacht Club’s exquisite venue spaces is the Promenade Marquee. Seating up to 200, the venue space extends onto the front lawn so guests can dance the night away under the stars on the outdoor decking. We are now taking wedding bookings for the new Promenade Marquee. Our pricing includes all staff and a manager to look after you, all furniture in the Marquee, festoon lights on the front lawns and lounges for this area, our oak cross-back chairs and round tables. All linen, crockery and cutlery, full set-up and clean-up of the venue. We also include the hanging centre flower arrangement for you, which you may add flowers to if you wish.

With magnificent views overlooking the water and the city of Perth, the Wardroom is perfect for indoor weddings with balcony access to enjoy the spectacular views. Seating up to 100 or cocktail style.

With access to the front lawns, fully furnished with contemporary furniture, chandeliers, festoon lighting, it is the perfect place for canapes and drinks before a sit-down wedding. Venue hire includes ceiling drapes, lighting, dance floor and outdoor furniture.

Nestled into the river side of the Club, with its own projector and screen and audio/visual facilities, the Heritage Room is suitable for seminars and meetings. Meals can be served in the nearby dining area, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the views.
