On what couldn’t have turned out to be more perfect conditions, the Power Yacht Section’s annual Christmas party took a change in direction from previous years and pulled together for a raft-up on the Western Hardstand.
With well over 150 members and guests in attendance and a mix of both sail and power boaties, all were treated to live music and a sumptuous ‘meat-feast’ from Pit Master BBQ.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the boats came to life with an array of colour to show of their festive spirit. With dancing, singing and plenty of story telling going on until the early hours of the morning, a good night was had by all.
