Australian Sailing, WAIS, Sailing WA, SoPYC, FSC and RFBYC have been working together to launch the WA Sailing Squad to nurture high-performance youth class sailors and Olympic class sailors before they are on a WAIS Scholarship. The Induction of squad members was held at WAIS, Challenge Stadium on Friday evening. Congratulations to our club members on their selection:

This weekend the Club is hosting the first of the squad training camps for all classes. The coaches for the squad are Tessa Parkinson for the 29er class, Ben Walkemeyer for the Laser class, Matt Jerwood for the 420 class and Belinda Stowell WAIS Head Coach for the Olympic Classes. The collaborative effort will give great benefit to our members.
