'Special of the Day' plus Live Music - Saturday 22 August

Dear Members, come back to the newly opened Quarterdeck on Saturday, 22 August - we will have a smoker on the lawn and our new Head Chef is serving a very special menu of the day:
Braised beef brisket that has been smoked for 5 hours over jarrah and honeycombs with smoked paprika potato and beetroot gratin. Served with slaw in crispy smoked pancetta, with smoked native pepperberry sauce - $35
